Information processed

Seller submissions include vehicle facts, seller name and email, optional private VIN, description and optional image. Import and seller-contact enquiries include name, email, US state, budget, help requested and message. Weekly signups and model alerts store the email address, selected model, consent, active status and unsubscribe state. We also use a hashed network-derived identifier to limit form abuse. Administrators see these records; public listing responses exclude seller email and private VIN.

Purposes and service providers

We publish approved car details, moderate submissions, answer enquiries, manage opt-in email lists and defend forms against spam. Vercel hosts the site and provides Web Analytics, which does not use third-party cookies; an administrator session cookie is used only for private sign-in. A managed PostgreSQL provider stores records. Vercel Blob stores seller images when configured. If email delivery is enabled, Resend processes confirmation and notification emails. Custom interaction events appear in analytics only on a supporting Vercel plan. We do not enable advertising trackers.

Sharing and retention

Seller details are visible to administrators; an enquiry may be relayed to the relevant seller by an administrator, not automatically. External source links lead to independently operated sites. Records remain until removed by the operator or a valid deletion request. The operator must set and publish a specific retention schedule and complete a jurisdiction-specific review before commercial operation.

Your choices

Every configured email confirmation includes an unsubscribe link. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of email consent by contacting Euro25. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed. Applicable legal bases, transfers, and rights should be finalized for the operator’s jurisdiction before launch.
